Bad!!! Because of China noodles everything else but not China noodles!

The snack is good, the food is mostly fresh and the price is okay. Unfortunately, self-service is not possible and it is often tedious to pass on the food and the quantity to the waitress. Let's hope that self-service will soon be possible again.

Super unfriendly. Before corona the big plates were for 6.90 € but the plates are like small plates here. I can understand that there is no self-service but for the price? They should be friendlier otherwise the customers stay away.

Always tastes the same, but has become significantly more expensive and you are no longer allowed to help yourself. Haven't eaten there since the price increase, but my daughter got a "big" plate on Saturday. Amazing, you pay more for half of what you used to take. No thank you.

The duck ordered (No. 35) was very dry and looked very unappetizing. After a very long back and forth I got half a portion of vegetables that dripped in oil! Never never again ...

The food itself is delicious but the people are so rude, it's an all you can eat buffet but a customer in front of me was yelled at directly, the food was taken away and the food was thrown in the trash accordingly. A CHEAP AND FOOD WASTE!

Years have been my favorite place in Loop 5. Very tasty and very fresh dishes. The price / performance ratio fits. I would happily recommend the Hotalo.

Were there twice, the first time we were told we had too much food taken the box would not work (he did the box too) we should pay two plates. The other time, the card payment was suddenly not. The snack bar constantly offers a hot buffet, you can fill your plate and then pay. The food can also be filled in a ToGoBox and taken away. The food was warm, the selection large, the vegetarian alternative is smaller but there is a lot. The coworkers understand and speak partly no German. If you overcrowded the plate, you get that it is enough.

The food is presented very attractively, you could take as much as you wanted. Unfortunately, you can not see that the food was not even lukewarm and the taste of three dishes was only a good. The spring rolls have not even tasted my 3-year-old son, which is actually not picky in the point.

Wanted to pay with my Corporate card (Mastercard) which was not accepted. Left and went to McDonalds 5m to the left ☹️

Food was delicious. Value for money good.
